@SwiggyInstamart One quick suggestion,
Close it, if you can’t deliver orders on time (+- 10-15 mins is still acceptable). Nobody is asking you to rush delivery partners, but have the simple sense of when to take orders, you guys take open orders at odd hours just to delay them.

It took 1.5 hours, if this is instantly… Idk when will I get my order if I place an huge order for some occasion… most probably an year later
@SwiggyCares Hey Kavs, Swiggy has been really disappointing to me regarding instamart deliveries, If you guys promise a timely delivery at late hours. It did say 38-40 mins, I placed the order inspite of that but what is it with 1.5 hrs to deliver the order after 2 heated calls with Cust Care
@SwiggyCares #165703796051155 This is the latest order ID. I placed an order first by #165698371495280 this order id waited 1.5hrs for it, then your delivery agent and store owner “lost” my order and asked me to cancel and place an order again, I did it and then VOILA… REPEAT!!!
Delay them not by minutes, but by hours and this is not the first time I have been facing this issue, it has been so common that I could take a walk to a nearby @24SevenIN and buy the stuff and get back and you still won’t have processed my order. Let alone delivered it.
