@Tesco rubbish customer service for my mother YET again. When she complained after it's happened several times, do you think it reasonable one of your staff said "what do you want me to do about it". Do better. I look forward to hearing how you will. This has now made me angry.

Rubbish service from @marksandspencer today. Paid for home delivery, received an email to say it has been delivered and it hasn't. They're now raising an investigation with Royal Mail. Meanwhile, I'm still without part of my order. Not happy.

My thanks to @philbray73 at Yardstick for the copy of "Steal Like An Artist", which arrived yesterday. Already found it thought provoking dipping in and out in between juggling half term activities. One of those books I may keep coming back to over the years. Thank you again.

16 YEARS OF AGE – Mother? She’s hopelessly old-fashioned.

18 YEARS OF AGE – That old woman? She’s way out of date!

25 YEARS OF AGE – Well, she might know a little bit about it!

Customer service this morning in @marksandspencer Tolworth is beyond awful. Went to collect our Christmas food order. Woman refused to give me the order til our allocated time but only 2 other people around. Sent my husband in instead and she gave him the order. What the hell?!
