@TWLadyGrey I don’t think he’s the only vote in question. I think there are a fair few older Dems who like having power over appointments as a bargaining chip. People like to blame Manchin for everything but I think he was a “human shield” in many respects.

@SwannMarcus89 Most of Texas has little to no zoning, so a lot of property is sold with restrictive deed covenants in any decent place to live. Looks like somebody has their nuts up about the HOA not allowing tomato plants in the front yard.
