It does take strength to hang on but it drains you and can make you ill. It's a different strength to choose to let go and move on to a more balanced life.

Colour influences our mood and emotions. Here are a few examples.
Red, excites and increases energy
Blue, soothes & calms
Yellow, lifts your mood
Pink, the colour of love
Green, calming and grounding.
Just think if you could keep adding one more good thing into your life how that would feel.

The way I see it... it's like waking up and really seeing whatever is going on and saying "stuff this" I'm not having this in my life and doing whats needed to change your life for the better.
