Learning/Performance Strategist & Experience Designer 😎 Gap Analyst • Critical Thinker • Problem Solver 🗝️ On a mission to bring mindfulness to performance 🌟
Performance isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about creating sustainable, meaningful impact.
Through years of experience in learning design, performance strategy, and critical problem-solving, I’ve seen the challenges organizations face in addressing performance holistically.
I’m on a mission to bring mindfulness to performance by building a Performance Framework that reveals areas we may overlook and connects the dots between key drivers. 🌟
Agreed. Navigating ambiguity has to be up there as well. Without the ability to navigate uncertainty, both problem-solving and present-moment awareness can fall short, as the former requires adapting to incomplete information while the latter demands staying grounded amidst ambiguous emotional or situational flux.
Meta skills are the foundation of high performance. 🧠✨
They shape how we think, feel, and adapt—unlocking the clarity to solve problems, the resilience to navigate challenges, and the agility to keep growing.
Mastering meta skills doesn’t just improve your performance—it transforms it.
With the knowledge gap closing for everyone who leverages AI as a thought partner, it will be vital to focus on and build skill stacks that can foundationally improve conversations with both humans and AI. Problem Solving, critical thinking, contextualization, core principle modeling, etc. have to be prioritized more in K-12. The types of problems have changed from the micro to the macro.
