Every servant’s heart has a white dot. When he commits a sin, a black dot appears within. If he repents, pulls back, and seeks forgiveness, his heart is cleansed from the black dot. However, if he increases his sins, the black dot grows larger, until all of the whiteness is gone, and this is the point of no return for the person; God has mentioned in His Book, “Nay! Rather, what they used to do has become like rust upon their hearts” (Quran 83:14).

Muawiya ibn Abi Sufyan, the one who fought Ali, made cursing Ahl al-Bayt official policy, turned the caliphate into kingship and spread major fitnah, corrupted several Sunnahs during his rule and changed the religion of Allah.

Because of his extreme fatness and large stomach, he became the first ruler to deliver the Friday khutbah while sitting on the pulpit (instead of standing as per the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ).

The Prophet ﷺ used to deliver the sermon standing (sitting only briefly between the two parts).

But Muawiya sat down due to obesity.

Even the Prophet ﷺ said about him (when Muawiya kept eating and ignored the call multiple times):

“May Allah not fill his belly!”
(Sahih Muslim 2604)

This is corruption of Allah’s religion.
Reject these Umayyad innovations and return strictly to the authentic Sunnah of
Rasulullah ﷺ!
