February 2023: KEEP BUILDING 🏗️

The team's momentum & workflow dynamics remained highly positive, continuing the good vibes from the previous month of January, driven by the motivation of the entire team responsible for developing the project.

Design🖊️ - We began integrating the creatives with the website, achieving a very basic initial framework. We also created enhanced resources for the project's explanatory litepaper.

Art🎨 - The process was almost automated with our artists (we created +300 layers during the month).

Developers⛓️ - The team kept working at a good pace, making steady progress with various smart contracts simultaneously since they are all interconnected.

In summary, it was a month similar to January in terms of product creation. We also took the opportunity to add a few details that we hadn't considered before, refining the product.

January 2023: TIME TO BUILD 🏗️

This was the most comfortable moment. Everything flowed, we had a great teamwork dynamic and very good accountability. Organizing brought it in a spectacular way and with the weekly and daily recurring calls we had a huge team connection (+12 members in that moment)

Design🖊️ - the website UX/UI design progressed excellently, always respecting the brand's principles.

Art🎨 - we took the whole month to improve our characters in detail while trying to outdo every PFP project on an artistic level.

Developers⛓️ - we had the main focus of advancing the production of smart contracts but also of making solid steps (0 rush). Digital security comes first.

Extra - the core team was also trying to make the contacts of the web2 world work in order to move forward in terms of agreements with major brands and companies.

November 2022: SHARPENING THE AXE 🪓

For me this title represents the "final phase" before going into production with the technological product. This was the month dedicated to making all the preparations & cohesive teamwork (refering to devs with dev leader and myself).

We basically prepared many flow diagrams & a miro document & in order to study the product idea in detail with the whole team & in order to be clear about what is required before we start coding.

In addition some extra tasks were focused in ART & Branding. Basically we finalished "fakts" as a character & we improved our branding principles (which includes preparing the way we communicate and how we want to be seen from the community point of view)

October 2022 completed the 4th month working on @FaktsTrend & it allowed us to finalize with the construction of the Skyscraper foundations.

Building a skyscraper is something basic when a project starts from scratch. In our case we understand this initial process as defining & preparing all the parts of the business, so that will allow us to scale in a healthy way in the future & to have an immediate application of this potential growth.

That is why the base of the building is the most important aspect, and it is also understood how fragile and time-consuming this process can be.

In addition, the main tasks done during October were focused on moving all the information & structure into useful tools, selecting the core team members in its entirety & defining the final artistic line.

I will be sharing valuable information related to the world of branding, sales and digital marketing. I trully believe that this has helped me to understand at another level the NFT and Web3 world.

This one is the 4th monthly recap I am sharing with all of you - REMINDER: It works as a proof of work of my last 15 months building @FaktsTrend

September 2022 closed the Early-Phase of the project, ngl those months of creation were slow and the goal was to clarify our ideas and confirm its viability at a technological and business level.

During the month of September the main advances were in this field: we managed to treat the project as if it were a traditional business and thus be clear about its business model.

We also made progress at an artistic level, evolving the character Mr Fakts.

To conclude I want to mention that we were able to hire a really professional team of developers.

By the end of this year, I will have dedicated two years on a daily basis in the NFTs ecosystem and Web3. Among all the chains, it was Solana that initially caught my attention. Through this blockchain, I found myself surrounded by an exceptional community with wonderful people (that I have met IRL), connecting with great collectives, and learning about blokchain tech.

My background predominantly resides in the conventional financial domain, specifically within stock market investments, and the establishment of an investment community in the Web2 world. Both personal and professional curiosity prompted me to undertake a financial product advisory course within a banking institution. Moreover, I have always been surrounded by close people very interested in traditional investment.

In the current bear market ... characterized by low trading volumes in secondary markets, incomplete project launches, and the FP devaluation of most projects ... it becomes evident that solid communities truly come to the forefront.

It's been +1 year building @FaktsTrend now.

Not gonna lie, it's difficult AF to build in this bear market. Shotout to active & consistent founders/teams.

In our case, dealing with a +25 members team, maintaining daily consistency & being professional is not easy.

Grateful for the process, effort and dedication. We are going to make history, no doubt. Proud.
