I HAVE BEEN HEARING STORIES FROM EVERYONE I KNOW, ABOUT HOW APPLE HAS COMPLETELY ABANDONED ALL CUSTOMER CARE CONCERN.

I can vouch for this as I did absolutely everything correctly in sending back an old iPad for a new one. I’ve spent thousands in AppleCare insurance for all of my devices, FedEx marked that it was received at the correct address, Apple is refusing to give this disabled person, a refund back, because somebody at Apple did not sign it in

Did you know there’s no way to make a complaint to Apple that anyone will listen to? I have contacted the consumer protection hero, but luckily for Apple – a big contributor to Trump – nothing gets done and this disintegration values and consumer rights at Apple, as apparently escalated precipitously since January 20. I’m selling my shares. I urge you to do the same.

I have been paying extortionate AppleCare rates for years… I recently sent back my old iPad and received a new one. I did this at a FedEx office on the day. I received the item.

My FedEx receipt shows that it was delivered to Apple and signed for, but I am now being told that, even though I did everything right on my part, some fuck up in the receiving department, apparently didn’t log it in.

So they’re refusing my $450 refund. Despite my having records that I did everything right it was received by the company… But somehow it’s my responsibility that they didn’t check it in now they’re asking for a receipt for a four year old iPad, And as it goes through my receipts, some of them do not have the serial number… Because employees are fallible.
