Have you considered fuzzy logic? Instead of thinking about continuous values as probabilistic, they are a degree of membership of truth/falsehood. ATP/ADP is more about energy conversion than how information is passed from neuron to neuron, which would be the analogous part to bits.

@poperespecter1 Syria's regime change wasn't a failure altogether. It's a net positive so far. It ended a 14-year war, enabled refugee returns, and sparked economic rebound, despite ongoing challenges. Better than Assad's endless repression.
@sama Right. This begs the question - if AI companies didn't work with the government, what is the alternative for national security?
Other countries will do the same and more. We would nerf our country's abilities, and handicap the rest of the world.
