Doing observations today for L3 AET and L4 IQA, such a great location for the delivery of #wildpassport and I got to toast squeaky cheese on the fire!

@peakpaul @HydroFlask @ITCfirstAid @SpringPROutdoor Acclimatisation is also really important. I see plenty of runners and other people who have not trained in the heat and then wonder why they get heat exhaustion! If you haven't done that then avoid exercising in the hottest parts of the day and seek out the shade instead.

Today I have been reviewing all our policy and procedure documents making sure they are up to date and fit for purpose. Thank you @ITCfirstAid for providing templates, has saved me so much work, but I have lost count of the number of times I have inserted Peritia Training!
