—when we were(n't) strangers;
a #percabeth socmed au.
famous actor percy & budding singer annabeth have secret stan accounts of each other, but have never officially met. that is, until one dumb joke & a (fortuitous) mistake changes everything. not that they are aware.
this MIGHT motivate grrm to finish winds but only to make an oc called ryland dalcon and spend 600 pages putting him through torments that make theon greyjoy’s time with ramsay look like mickey mouse clubhouse
I actually just rewatched this episode and in a span of like 2 days she:
• finds out her father died
• crown is being usurped
• loses her daughter during childbirth
• And her son gets eaten
Yeah this really should’ve been the moment she was done with the bullshit lol
Lame excuse because Rhaena being discarded and othered for not having a dragon is a show fabrication that contradicts her role as the hope of the Targaryens who was protected and was given the princess treatment in the Vale, not neglected and discarded by her family and allies.
“There’s a lot of good looking people in the show, she’s my betrothed for a reason”
Jace lives in Harry idc, even in death he continues to carry this ship on his back😭
mind you, they were also children in the book, not toddlers, but children who didn't willingly placed themselves in the middle of a complex dramatic sequence, which is why aegon was so traumatized by it, so this is a bs excuse anyway
‘House of the Dragon’ showrunner Ryan Condal on why Rhaenyra's youngest children Aegon and Viserys was left out of the Battle of the Gullet episode
“Her youngest children are just not of an age where you can involve them with complex dramatic sequences, complex action. It's not safe, it's not practical. So it was just something that we had to dispense of rather early on in the process.”
