More than 1,000 employees received training throughout the week on the latest $VIVA updates, rollout strategies, and organizational goals through a combination of webinars, seminars, and e-learning sessions.

Call center teams have been activated.

Spanish content, tutorials, learning centers, and targeted ad campaigns are finalized for the Family and Friends rollout.
