Eight years ago, PM @ediramaal tried to privately hand over about $1 Billion of Albania's public debt to Ron Yeffet, a former IDF soldier from Israel.

Yeffet and two Russian and Ukrainian speaking partners describe the model already used with KAYO: build a 100% state company as cover, flip it to 80% private / 20% state, then park the shares in an American company "to shut the mouth of the American embassy".

How the scheme works, in plain terms:

The Albanian state creates KAYO, a 100% government defense company. That is the official face.

Then a private company, TIMAK, is brought in. Yeffet owns 49% of TIMAK (bought for a few hundreds of euros). Arjeta Puca owns 51%.

Those two then form a third company, TIMAK Defense:
TIMAK takes 80% of TIMAK Defense.
The Albanian state, through KAYO, keeps 20%.

So the army's money goes to a firm that looks state-backed, but private partners control most of it. Yeffet's 49% of TIMAK gives him about 39% of TIMAK Defense. The state is the minority.
