@_josephine0_ 40% is double the standard of 20% which is higher than the regular standard of 15%. 15% basic any service. 20% if you did the job right. I was a serve for 10 years you’re not getting nearly half the bill in tips.

@WilliamPowell61 @Wisdom_HQ Mind you, I did all of this in 3 different states ranging from Michigan at 2.65 Ohio at 4.15 and Illinois (Chicago) at 6.95 an hour. My tips were always fine. Never expected 40% but sometimes got $100 tips of $50 meals (3 times in my life)
