@AmazonHelp I returned 2orders that were delivered back to amazon on Sep 24, but I haven’t received my refund yet. I have spoken with the customer service for at least 15 times now, but no one is able to process the refund. They keep giving me bull shit but no refund.

Items were sold by amazon, I have the tracking numbers and the tracking information says items were delivered to amazon. This was also confirmed by the phone representative as well. But they aren’t able to process the refund.

@AmazonHelp Yes I have spoken 4 times over phone and I told them that an item was missing from the order. They asked me to talk to UPS. I told them that the box wasn’t tempered with.
