CONVICTION IN THE MURDER CASE OF EX-CHIEF OF TEHREEKUL MUJAHIDEEN KASHMIR
The Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, has on Monday convicted the accused Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Dar in the murder case of the separatist-cleric and a former chief of the proscribed terrorist outfit Tehreekul Mujahideen, Abdul Gani Dar alias Abdullah Gazali of Russu Beerwah (Budgam), who had been found dead inside the Markazi Ahle Hadees Masjid at Gawkadal, Srinagar, on 13 February 2020. Moderate Ahle Hadees leader Maulana Showkat Shah had been killed in a cycle bomb blast at the same mosque on 8 April 2011.
According to the local media reports, the conviction was secured on the basis of a comprehensive chain of evidence presented during the trial. The evidence included CCTV footage of the incident, corroborative eyewitness and oral testimony, scientific and forensic evidence, recoveries effected during the investigation and other incriminating circumstances, which, the prosecution said, established the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt. The quantum of sentence would be decided on 6 August.
Amid reports of internecine rivalries between the moderates and the hardliners within the religious organization, Police had mentioned one Bil Pasha involved in Maulana Showkat Shah's assassination. Gazali, who had frequently shuttled between Kashmir and Pakistan, had also been mentioned as an accused and arrested in Maulana Showkat Shah's assassination. He was reportedly out on bail and performing the early morning prayers at the Maisuma mosque when someone hit his head fatally with an iron rod.

I was almost certain that Babar Azam won't score the century and would be dismissed as soon the day begins.
This has been his pattern.
Everytime he returns not out at the end of day, he doesn't add much the next day.
Only possible way for him was to complete the century overnight.
Kashmiri boys bath naked openly, exposing their thighs and belly button, even sportsmen like Owais Yaqoob expose their awrah.
Because of this open behayayi by Kashmiri men, cloudbursts are occurring more frequently these days.
Stop mis-using and imposing religion on women as per your convinence while you toss it up when it comes to your own standards of living.
This position made sense back then because a distance of 50km would be covered in hours or days, you had no communication with your family and no security.
Now a days, you can travel to thousands of kilometres apart safely, while talking to your family, and with security. Therefore, such position is invalid.
And if you still want to follow and impose religion as per then standards, Islam does not allow you to study in a gender mixed school, therefore your education, and degree was earned through haram means, so all your earnings are haram.
Further, Islam does not allow you to have a bank account or modern currency because they're based on usury, therefore all your earnings and transactions are haram.
If you want to follow Islam so strictly, just throw away your bank accounts, currency, go to a jungle and take care of sheep and repent for your degree.
Otherwise just shut up and don't selectively use religion to silence women who have no option but to travel, study and work to make ends meet.
Islam doesn't permit a girl/woman to stay or travel outside without a mahram where a mahram is required. Full stop; nothing more, nothing less. You agree? Well & fine. You don't agree? Kaunsa meri qabr mein utarna hai. At the end, opinions & debates don't matter. If you believe
You can't see any Islamic law beyond a woman's travel is exactly how people have been obsessed with matters related to women while ignoring the matters related to men.
Imaan has 6 parts - faith in God, Messengers, Angels, Books, DOJ, Qadr.
Islam has 5 pillars - shahadat, salah, zakaat, fasting, hajj.
Salah, wudu, marriage, they involve so many laws but you can't see beyond women's travel
And stop this odd example here and there, there have been cases where women have been raped in front of husbands in their own homes.
