@Choicelunch why is your customer service so terrible???? Every month your charge me and every month I have to call you to tel you to load my account. Is the point of @Choicelunch to make it easier for parents??? AWFUL service AWFUL program.

@PotteryBarnKids what happened to your customer service? I Just spoke with an incredibly rude customer service agent, and sending 3 emails with no reply. Your company used to be great, but this is horrendous!!!
@reallyerin@juvenileshop Wow!!! That’s awful customer service. Having mold on a babies crib is not safe, mold spores don’t come off, and it’s toxic especially to their little bodies. I was about to purchase this for baby 2 from them, but I guess I’ll be finding a new shop to support!
@FrontierCorp Even with a DM you’re worthless. Move to spectrum! Don’t waste your time with this garbage company. Also, this isn’t the first issue we’ve had with them. WARNING!

@FrontierCorp Your customer service wait times are over 3 hours. My husband spent 3.5 hours on the phone on Sunday so get nowhere. How are we supposed to work?
@FrontierCorp We moved last week, scheduled serve weeks ago to be sourced and set up. The contractor showed up at my house with his girlfriend in the van and refused to do the work because it would take too long. Now I’m being told I can’t have service until Friday???

Really @united an 8.5 hour delay from Munich to SFO is completely unacceptable. I have a family at home and a babysitter on the clock. I’ve been a frequent flier for years, and have never experienced anything like this. #fail#traveldelays#letshopeidontgetdraggedoff#dogisalive
