@SeppWieland See my other post for true solution. Make the log a trailer worked even better because it puts some weight on the truck for traction. Super maneuverable bc is steers like a trailer. Lifting it up with a jack isn’t bad at all.

reasons you should avoid 80/20 and grow up and just learn CAD instead:

- its modulus of elasticity is a third of steel’s, which means you need three times as much to get the same stiffness. this means it isn’t actually lighter in most cases. point 1 for why it’s flimsy
- it’s open cross section. this seriously reduces torsional stiffness and strength. point 2 for flimsy
- there are very bad joint options designers can pick and won’t realize without some secondary analysis (which is annoying to do)
- it’s expensive. especially for what it is
- once you cut it to size, you’re stuck with a piece that size, so it isn’t really reusable

use unistrut (sorry that it doesn’t look cool), learn to weld, or just CAD the exact frame you need and get the the sheet and tube cut with bolt holes
