When I finally was allowed to attend a Drs surgery I was referred to the mental health team who diagnosed PTSD I sent the letter of referral but doesn’t look they sent it to insurers as they say no evidence. My treatment has been nothing more than downright disgusting 😢

So Unum who provide my income protection refused my appeal against their decision to not pay me. In the first paragraph they get the date my son died on incorrect and I don’t have depression or anxiety as my sick note said bereavement. Arseholes
