@neo_direct Awful, do not buy if you may return item. They will refuse to refund or even check that the item has been received. I have had to contact tesco, get proof of return. Rude emails from Erin, no help at all. This is ongoing and won't give up until I have a refund!

Even if you have had massive work place changes made for you and you have been getting pip for 6 years. Not to mention your disabilities are worse now. And you are too terrified to appeal.
#JeremyVine Theure already using rules for next year! Renewal after 6 years and they stopped mobility part of my pip claim and left me with low daily living, reasons are wrong, im scared to appeal for fear of losing the whole award. I work part time but pip helps with transport.
Going through this atm, just had my assesment. It is a terrible system the assessors are lying about what you say to get points down, i have lost points that I've had for years, my disability has got worse not better. Then you go through extremely stressful appeals, #JeremyVine

I was sent to torbay hospital with suspected sepsis, asked if I should have antibiotics then. They said we're waiting for your bloods.. 3 hours later antibiotics administered, luckily im ok but that time could have made a big difference.#JeremyVine
@JustEatUK My order on Tuesday wasn't delivered, your customer service is advising against your policy to refund by saying the delivery fee cannot be refunded? This is not acceptable and I will be contacting my bank and the ombudsman.
