@TTChelps Everyday I get to the stop around 4:15 pm. Everyday I wait until about 4:56-5:00, when the next bus comes.

@TTChelps I have been calling every single day with the same complaint. This is absolutely ridiculous. The 68B going North to Major Mackenzie at Warden Ave/Masseyfield Gate NEVER SHOWS UP. 4:32 pm. I wait EVERYDAY And it never comes. I wait from 4:15 pm.

@TTChelps Right but it’s not a schedule change is it? The bus is scheduled at 4:32 pm on weekdays, and doesn’t come. Customer service has told me that on their schedules, it is also scheduled for 4:32 pm

@TTChelps I don’t understand why it NEVER comes. The amount of inconvenience this causes is unbelievable. The next bus is scheduled approx. 25 mins after. RIDICULOUS. And it doesn’t seem like the complaints are working. Management has done nothing.
