A migrant from Venezuela arrives as a tourist and can stay for 90 days because she entered through the Visa Waiver Program (she holds Spanish citizenship). Before those 90 days are up, she applies for asylum, a phony claim intended to buy her time until she can find some other way to permanently settle in the U.S., knowing her asylum claim will ultimately be rejected.

Also, a pending asylum application does not confer lawful immigration status, a vital legal distinction that reporters like @camiloreports often ignore when framing the narrative as though the migrant was here “legally” and the administration did something so heinous by deporting her.

Within the same year, she finds a rich, boomer American guy old enough to be her father and convinces him that they should get married, knowing that marriage to a U.S. citizen can provide a path to a green card. The fact that he’s rich is an added bonus. But those plans were ultimately foiled when she was busted at an airport. The old guy was being played for a sucker and should be thankful the Trump administration saved him from a horrible fate.

The Supreme Court blocked Trump’s broad birthright-citizenship order 6-3, and the Left immediately started high-fiving like the whole fucking war was over.

Cute. Real frigging cute.

Trump’s lawyers didn’t cry about it. They went back to the drawing board and found a much uglier question for these hypocritical pieces of shit: what happens when some foreigner allegedly lies through their teeth to get into the country specifically to drop a baby here, then demands that the fraud-tainted entry still magically spit out automatic U.S. citizenship for the kid?

That’s the trap.

Tell the truth on the tourist visa application ... “I’m coming to America to have a baby and secure U.S. citizenship for my child” ... and the visa gets denied. Lie about the purpose of the trip like a common grifter, and Trump’s new strategy says you don’t get to turn that alleged fraud into a constitutional jackpot. No third option. The old loophole is now either locked or booby-trapped with a legal landmine.

Now watch the pure, stinking irony unfold.

The same self-righteous assholes who spent years screaming that fraud, misrepresentation, and immigration abuse are serious fucking crimes are about to stand in open court arguing that none of that should matter here because the resulting citizenship benefit must remain sacred and untouchable. They’re going to look the American people in the eye and defend visa fraud as the pathway to an American passport.

So congratulations to the resistance, you absolute fucking idiots.

You won the first courtroom battle and may have just maneuvered yourselves into publicly defending passport-for-sale fraud. That should play beautifully outside the MSNBC green rooms and coastal cocktail parties where this horseshit usually stays buried.

Trump didn’t need to win the first round. He just needed the ruling to show him exactly where the walls were.

Now he’s testing the cracks ... and the Left is about to get their teeth kicked in for defending the indefensible.
