@msloobylou I know a couple of Japanese musicians who had reasons. I think it came down to the ability to promote themselves with longer tweets and videos. I don't think there's the same stigma in some other countries.
@msloobylou I have/had so many of those. And not just the Smiths. The Six from the Sixties, the Wanderers, and especially the Big Wheels of Motown which was very popular with--cough-- my best mate's sister--cough.
