@robkhenderson If they book it with the corporate entity, the actual hotel is not made aware of the arrangement. This has happened to me. The system is broken and the hotel people have no way of knowing and even if they did, hoteling is no longer a career but a job.

Don’t apply business and banking conventions to government financial operations.

@marcorandazza For years before Uber, this is how it worked. When you went to a city and the cab service was good the guy would give you a card and you could get a ride back to the airport. Next time you’re there call ahead. Old ways were better
