When you face a difficulty, in order to get past it, you must strive to grow from it. Facing difficulties is inevitable, but learning from them is optional!
No matter what stage of leadership you find yourself in, one thing will always be the same: there will be something left for you to learn!
Recognize what you bring to the table, but never forget that there’s more to learn.

If you like, a deep seated hatred for the status quo, arousing a groundswell of opposition to what presently obtains. This produces a compelling reason to act to change a situation.
Your vision, to pass the test of time, must arise from what I call Divine dissatisfaction. You probably have heard of Inspirational Dissatisfaction or Creative Dissatisfaction They all describe a state of serious discontent with the prevailing circumstances.
How can you be a leader who helps people believe that they can succeed? Two ways:
