Guess which country gets the most lecture for religious intolerance?
You asked about Fairlife milk. Let’s talk about it.
Marketed as “ultra-filtered,” high-protein, and lactose-free, but what’s really in it?
Here’s the breakdown:
Ultra-filtered milk:
Yes, it has more protein and less sugar, but it’s still from conventional dairy cows unless labeled organic. That means: hormones, antibiotics, and poor sourcing.
Lactase enzyme:
Added to break down lactose. Okay for those who are lactose intolerant, but doesn’t fix inflammatory proteins like A1 casein found in most commercial milk.
Synthetic vitamins:
Vitamin A palmitate and D3 are added back in because they strip nutrients out during processing. Synthetic ≠ optimal. These aren’t always well absorbed.
6g of sugar per cup:
Still a blood sugar hit. And some versions use artificial sweeteners like sucralose or acesulfame K, which disrupt the gut microbiome.
✅ What I recommend instead:
• Raw milk from grass-fed cows
• A2 milk if you’re sensitive to A1 casein
• Or pure coconut milk if you’re dairy-free
Bottom line: Fairlife is better than some, but not the best.
Your ego constrains your skills. And money flows downstream from ego.
If you have low skills and high ego, your ability to trade those skills is even more limited.
