There's a big opportunity for sales tax reform in Arkansas, as the state has ranked in the bottom 10 of @TaxFoundation's State Business Tax Climate Index sales tax rankings for nearly a decade.
Fixing AR's sales tax base so it taxes final consumption would be a good first step.
No law in opposition to the Constitution is valid, yet we have 1000's of people in prison for violations of extra-constitutional legislation. Take back your country. Vote out the traitors.
It doesn't matter what rights you have under the Constitution of the United States, if the government can punish you for exercising those rights. And it doesn't matter what limits the Constitution puts on government officials' power, if they can exceed those limits without any adverse consequences.
In other words, the Constitution cannot protect you, if you don't protect the Constitution with your votes against anyone who violates it. Those government officials who want more power are not going to stop unless they get stopped.
As long as millions of Americans vote on the basis of who gives them free stuff, look for their freedom — and all our freedom — to be eroded away, bit by bit. Our children and grandchildren may yet come to see the Constitution as just some quaint words from the past that people once took seriously.
There is really nothing very mysterious about why our public schools are failures. When you select the poorest quality college students to be public school teachers, give them iron-clad tenure, a captive audience, and pay them according to seniority rather than performance, why should the results be surprising?
Being a Libertarian simply means that I am always looking for ways to fund society that don’t rely on government force or violence.
I am at a loss to why anyone would be critical of this.
Bidenomics is top down and trickle down.
The state takes from you. Government officials decide winners and losers. Bureaucrats and cronies get rich. Giant corporations get subsidies and welfare. And you’re instructed to be grateful for whatever fraction makes its way back down.
Two facts.
1) The current system is so corrupt, that it requires an ignorant population to exist. Otherwise, a revolution would happen by lunch time.
2) Public schools supply the needs of #1.
Here’s a President I want.
First day in office, pardons Assange, Snowden, Ulbricht.
Second day in office, pardons all non violent drug offenders.
Third day in office, begins work so that the above aren’t criminals in the first place.
Would it be a good use of resources to set up a website to enable quick $1 contributions to all the uni-party candidates, at least until they hit 40k? Use their own rules against them. Get all the nuts in the debates.

There are people who will look your straight in the eye and tell you that our government was founded on slavery and genocide, that it protects and enriches the powerful at our expense, and that we should make it much bigger and rely on it for all of our needs.
What if politics was positive, uplifting, and encouraging? It might sound impossible, but with a great voting method like STAR Voting, candidates are incentivized to appeal to a broad audience, not just a polarized base.
Voters can, and should, have their voices heard.
Voting "the lesser of 2 evils" has given Americans:
-32T in Debt
-a 49.5% Youth Mental Illness Rate
-The Highest Incarceration Rate On The Planet
-37% of You Can't Cover A $400 Emergency
-73% of Households Can't Afford A Median Priced Home
If swapping Red/Blue was ever going to fix any of this, it already would have.

"Every eight minutes, 24 hours a day, for nine years from 1964 until1973, a planeload of cluster bombs was dropped on Laos by American B-52s. The bombing campaign was aimed at hemming in America’s enemies in neighboring Vietnam. The U.S. was never at war with the people of Laos, and the American people were largely oblivious to the bombing campaign in the country at the time."
80 million of these "bomblets" still litter the Laotian countryside. Over 1000 were killed from these decades old bombs in Laos between 2008 and 2022 alone!
Where's the accountability?
