@SafewayCanada saw this in store today. Pointed it out to staff and they said there is nothing they can do as someone else takes care of the shelf edge labels. Really? Couldn’t go grab it to stop other customers being misled? Almost caught me out..
This is so interesting:
At our Airbnb, we changed the sheets, pillowcases etc. on all 3 beds to linen.
We’ve received more reviews talking about “the best nights sleep”, and how comfortable the beds are since we did this.
I didn’t think anything of it.
We never received that feedback until we changed everything to linen.
This is trippy!
@CwenchSeries for the upcoming Klevr Super Challenge in Montreal, can u confirm game duration? I can’t find the info on your website and your ‘Contact Us’ function is broken. Ta
@SUBWAYCanada My tasty rice bowl came in a compostable dish & an edible fork (I swear I consumed some of the fork!). However, my options to dispose of all the compostable items was either the refundable or garbage can. So even though it’s compostable it’ll end up at the landfill?
JUST IN: Evacuation warning has been issued in certain areas along the Pacific Coast Highway in California as the state continues to get rocked by massive waves.
The massive waves are caused by multiple storms throughout the Pacific.
Surfers are taking advantage, some traveling a mile off the coast to offshore oil rigs to surf massive waves.
This is insane.
Zoom updates its Terms of Service to become the NSA 2.0:
I'm in disbelief at this update because of how far-sweeping it is, yet here we are. Direct quotes from section 10.2
"You consent to Zoom's access, use, collection, creation, modification, distribution, processing, sharing, maintenance, storage of [ the stuff you say in meetings ] for any purpose....
... you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably assign to Zoom ... and your end users to unconditionally and irrevocably assign to Zoom all right, title, and interest in and to [ the stuff you say in meetings ], including all Proprietary rights... "
Does this strike anyone else as far-reaching, utterly insane, and totally unethical?
Gentle reminder that Google Meets is free, and that Zoom insists workers come into the office because they admit their business model only made sense in the pandemic.
You can read more about Zoom's claims to own all the stuff you say during meetings, the stuff your users say in meetings, and probably the things your children will say near your phone when it's locked here, on their website, as they commit corporate suicide:

I've been hired by Google, Epic Games and Affirm to name a few.
Here are the 10 of the trickier interview questions - and how to respond well:
Number 1: "How would you handle a situation where you strongly disagree with the higher-ups' decision?"
