@Rainmaker1973 When you pull G's in flight, there are times when you can add G (pull back on the stick) and watch your field of vision narrow and release a little G/stick and watch it widen.

Of course, if you do black out, it will take 30 secs to recovery and you'll probably hit the ground.

@Rainmaker1973 He should be doing a G-LOC maneuver which is basically trying your hardest to force a crap when you are utterly constipated. It keeps the blood up in your head.

He makes the mistake of breathing out which takes pressure off. He wakes up and doesn't remember what happened.

@Handyfan1122 @quackhead___ @grock1963 @xaviation The pilots don't "target" the landing spot--that's a good way to die/et disqualified. They fly their AOA (angle of attack/airspeed), lineup (remember, the landing area is about 7degrees off the direction of the carrier), and glideslope (orange ball centered between green lines).

@quackhead___ @grock1963 @xaviation When you hit the deck, you go full throttle in case you have a "bolter" (missed wire) so you can come back around for another attempt. The wire will stop the airplane, full throttle or not.
