The gap is too big in most cases and that's one of the reasons for high failure in our school systems. Failure at home, people who do not deserve children having them in mass.

The sheer passion and drive the parents instill in their children is a factor. Couple that with the digital age where there's a global lazy culture.

When we receive funding, etc from first world countries, their people ask the same questions. So, US have a crisis, they look to us their neighbors.

This is I believe is a small ask of our nation who have received billions if not trillions of aid and support to our nation. A small gesture from us, no?
