@lifemiles I just purchased 230k miles having discussed with an agent, but on calling back a different agent tells me they won't credit in time for my flight. The first agent knew my timing and didn't raise this as a problem! Is there any way to have my miles credited ASAP?
@notelkz@DarrylLow4@Naughty_Dog@LikeToBeBossy I'm in the UK and grabbed one. They went live about a minute after 10am (UK time). They seemed to be available for around an hour before selling out.
@boscombehilife I think they're generally hijacked Twitter accounts taken over by hackers, who randomly retweet to make the accounts look active. Had the same thing with cricket tickets.
@TicketmasterCS Still no reply from your email support. My event is Saturday (Fury v Whyte) and the tickets haven't arrived. How late will they leave it before confirming what's happening?
@TicketmasterCS The event is literally 48 hours away. Instead of this stock response, why aren't you looking at the volume of people in the same situation and recognising there's a real issue here?
@kaaypeea @TicketmasterCS I'm in the same situation. 10k worth of tickets, apparently lost in the mail. Ticketmaster just say to use the contact form and I get a generic copy/paste response when I do. Absurd.
@TicketmasterCS I'm waiting on 4 tickets for the Fury Whyte fight this Saturday that haven't arrived yet. Used your bot support and no reply. What am I meant to do? And why do I have to rush last minute to fix this because you waited so long to mail tickets?
@Wimbledon for everyone worrying about incorrect ticket cancellations - I got hold of someone there and they said its an error, email will go out in around an hour.
@Wimbledon FYI for those affected by incorrect calculations - I spoke with the switchboard (not ticketing office) and they said its an error, email should be going out in the next hour to everyone.
