It was wonderful to be together again for @AnnesleySA Chapel.
With four ‘gold’ medals and a flamboyant personality, there wasn’t much humility on display from one ‘athlete’.
Contrast: Humility knows how to put others first, so it's not all about me, and what I think I deserve.
Privileged to spend time with @AnnesleySA 6/7s reflecting on culture, compassion and connection in our community. So important to go with joy on our journey, to remain curious, and to listen to the stories of others. Thank you to Baptist Care SA for hosting us.
R U OK? Day is our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?”
The message for 2020 is:
'THERE'S MORE TO SAY AFTER R U OK?'

Introduced the fictitious B-BAK-JAK in Chapel @AnnesleySA. Resilience comes from faith within, not a special jacket we wear to protect ourselves. Joseph demonstrated faith and resilience, even without his special coat. #resilience#joseph#bouncebackjacket https://t.co/pdVlB15vvg
Just wrote some reflections on social distancing. Surely it is physical distancing with social connectedness. We are social beings and we need each other more than ever right now. https://t.co/1NSbbNDe4y #wellbeing#connection#health#covid19#education#learning
Planning Chapel @AnnesleySA for next Thursday. Can anybody illustrate respect and harmony bigger and better than our last character? Well, here’s a heads up. I think somebody is going to try. Stay tuned... #respect#harmonyday#inflatable#memorable
Chapel @AnnesleySA generated lots of thinking, reflecting, learning and laughter. I show respect, as well as honour, when I am considerate towards another. #ValuableAction#respect#inflatedself
