@SouthernHsg_UK There has been various leaks from the flat above over the last few years all causing damage to the property! With numerous redecorating cost and running an industrial dehumidifier guess without pays for the electric to run that!
@SouthernHsg_UK we reported a water leak coming from an upstairs flat a month ago clearly to much trouble to come and sort! Today we can back home to the ceiling has collapsed luckily no one was in the kitchen at the time! Would someone care to explain how this is acceptable
I'd like to add further comments to that the main tennant is disabled and myself the secondary tennant has CPTSD we have also been without a smake alarm for 16 months as it was water damaged and removed because of a previous leak what are the smoke alarm laws for blocks of flats
@SHGroupUK @alan_shg@SHGcustomers Just sent a pm can this be acted upon urgently as the primary Tennant is a pensioner and myself who suffers from mental health issues
@SHGroupUK @alan_shg so less then a year after a so call repair was made it is leaking again! When the so called engineer came out he informed us he would be back next week to fix it! Yet again I have been in war zones with better standards of living
I must add water it running into the light unit tripping out the power! The main Tennant has heart disease so and probably wouldn't survive an electric shock!
@SHGcustomers so yet again amazing customer service from your contractors! Reported a water leak friday 27th August 2021 (reported by upstairs neighbour) as yet again we have water running out of the ceiling apparently the water was turned off and leak will be fixed next week!
@alan_shg can you please explain why your company are willing to let a disabled pensioner live in dangerous conditions with no access to hot water for 5 days after a fault was reported to the west sussex part of your group!
@BoundyOliver@SHGcustomers The main tenant is disabled pensioner with copd and heart disease this poor treatment is causing undue stress! And I suffer form ptsd from military service and this extremely poor customer service is effecting my mental health and well being!
@BoundyOliver can you please explain why your company are willing to let a disabled pensioner live in dangerous conditions with no access to hot water for 5 days after a fault was reported to the west sussex part of your group!
@BoundyOliver@SHGcustomers I've tried getting hold of customer services and there is no answer on phonesand no reply on twitter! We have a water soaked ceiling that is in danger of collapsing plus the danger of electrical shock when turning on lights your staff are not doing their jobs! Its unacceptable!
