While I’m updating my holiday reading on here, should say that my son has just finished The Beanstalk Murder by @petergbell, and tells me it’s a “brilliant, amazing, fun, incredible book.” Giant praise indeed!

I believe if we try to get it fixed (I suspect it’s a battery issue though I have no technical knowledge) it’ll invalidate any warranty she has with you, but we can’t be sure we can get the data off it as it’s refusing to turn on. Would really appreciate someone getting in touch.

@backmarket please help - my wife’s iPhone that she bought from you within the last year has developed a fault. We’re struggling to access her Apple ID, but even if we could we’re not sure all her photo’s and whatnot are backed up. We’re not sure how to proceed.
