I had never seen this clip anywhere before. This guy is an actual, biblically defined heretic.
If you wonder why I have a bit more of an edge when I'm talking about James Talarico, this is why 👇
I’m a proud American and a Christian.
I love my country, and there is no other nation like it.
However...
It’s clear to me that God spared our nation in 2020 and, in His mercy, began to send awakening across America.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of preaching the gospel to more than 400,000 people in person.
After preaching across three continents, here’s what has challenged me most about the American church.
And honestly, I believe if we catch these in our spirit, we could see the greatest awakening in the history of the United States—and far beyond.
1. Stewardship
In Latin America, many churches have far fewer financial resources than churches in America. Yet they purchase land, build large facilities, and are thriving.
Meanwhile, many churches in America struggle for years to own a building.
We live in the most prosperous nation to ever exist on the planet. How is this possible?
2. Gender roles
The women I’ve met throughout Latin America are far more content embracing the call to be wives and mothers.
They recognize the privilege, responsibility, and beauty of serving the Lord within His design for their lives.
In a culture constantly telling women the opposite, there is something so powerful and attractive that I’ve recognized as a man of God.
3. Evangelism
This one shocked me.
Every nation in Latin America that has invited me to preach has also been eager to take the gospel to the streets.
Zero hesitation, board meetings or the infamous “let me pray about it.”
Without hesitation.
Instead of a complicated process, if it has to do with the gospel they’re all in!
4. Tears
This one is personal.
The sheer desperation and hunger for God.
It moves me deeply.
When you watch tears stream down someone's face during worship because they are overwhelmed by the presence of God, it does something to your soul.
Lord, give us the gift of tears again.
5. Family
The way families care for one another in many of these nations marked me deeply.
Fathers, mothers, siblings, grandparents—they do life together.
Of course, part of this touches my own story and my longing for a family of my own one day.
But the point remains.
Much of America has become transactional and fiercely independent, while God designed family to be a place where we journey together into the depths of His presence.
What's the point of this post?
Honestly, I'm just sharing what's burning in my heart as I fly home from Argentina.
I love America.
I believe God has a great future for our nation.
But perhaps there are things we can learn from our brothers and sisters around the world.
May we embrace God's design.
May the heart of family be awakened again.
May we recover our hunger for His presence.
And may we walk in an authenticity that moves the heart of God in ways we've never experienced before.
America, awakening hangs in the balance.
How will we respond?
🚨 Big shift incoming: Young men are now more likely than young women to say religion is “very important” in their lives.
Gen Z guys are waking up and chasing real truth through Jesus.
22-year-old beast Bryce Crawford (10M followers) nails it: Men lead with strength, courage, and example.
Get married young, lay your life down, reflect Christ. Commitment is cool again.
Women follow strong men. Bible was right all along.
While the left pushes degeneracy, young dudes are rebuilding on faith and family. Hope rising. 🙏
Only God is capable of knowing *exactly* what will happen 2,000 years in the future. The Bible is absolutely incredible. This is more proof.
What many Christians miss in Genesis 22 👇
Coming to believe ~90% of the political differences among Christians boil down to a failure to distinguish between the Biblical roles of the individual, the church, and the State.
No, God did not command governments to forcibly redistribute wealth.
Yes, God commanded Christians as individuals to practice charity.
Individual Christians in Acts “gave willingly and not under compulsion.”
Christians in Acts did not vote for the Emperor to increase the marginal tax rate and call that “generosity.”
We can do this.
I call on ANY & ALL Christian state governors to grow a spine & tear down the demonic idols in their state.
We were founded as a Christian Nation.
By God, we will be a Christian Nation once again.
There are Christian values - following Christ.
And there are Jewish values - rejecting Christ.
There are no Judeo-Christian values.
Before you pretend Judeo-Christian means Old and New Testament, we have a word for that already: The Bible.
This Easter, I invite you to look at Jesus, consider what he said and did, and ask for yourself what I believe is the most important question you will ever answer: Did he really leave behind an empty tomb? And if he did, what does that mean for you?
