@markusdd5 Yep. Company standard is here altium but due to the fact that the PDM is not integrated directly I don't have any negative consequences when I use KiCAD. I can even import the altium projects :-) as often I do simples fixtures PCBs it's much faster to do in kicad.

@markusdd5 Tbh I try a lot of LLMs for daily stuff I do as work (mechanical engineering). So many mistakes. From simple calculation errors to not finding the right product at a vendor. Right now "googling" has a higher success rate. But vibe coding helper tools is nice :-)

@emm0sh Tbh in the "old" days the engineers had draftsmen. Often engineers made quick sketches with rough details and the draftsman had to do the final drawing. A good engineer don't have to draw a perfectly drawing, as this used a lot of time. Lettering alone took ages
