The announcement was precipitated by the Republican-controlled Supreme Court's horrific ruling that Trump is immune from prosecution for official acts taken as president, but with distinction between official and private actions.

The case now goes back to the lower court to determine if his actions were official or private.

The court is crafting a fascist monarchy right in front of ours and if Trump wins another term there's no telling what horrors he'll rain down on this country.
