I was scraping over 30 traffic cameras in NYC last night to capture the celebrations around the city. Here are the highlights!!
Some of the later clips are so cool, you can literally see the minute the Knicks win and the fans flood the streets 🏀🗽
Police said 63 people were arrested during and after the historic Knicks game, while 10 cops were injured as a bus was set ablaze and gunfire erupted in Times Square.

🚨 “THEY RIPPED OFF MY KIA BRACELETS.” 🚨
The military veteran arrested during last night's Delaney Hall protest says officers tore off the bracelets honoring fallen service members that he had worn for nearly 20 years.
He says authorities told him he is now "pending prosecution."

🚨 “YOU CAN’T TELL JOURNALISTS THAT THEY CAN’T PROTECT THEMSELVES...” 🚨
On Day 16 outside Delaney Hall, @JordanChariton confronts police over orders blocking journalists and protesters from bringing protective gear near the hunger and labor strike.
People have been pepper-balled, gassed, shot at, and hit by cars — and police still refuse to explain the legal basis.
Police suggested the order to endanger protesters and journalists is coming from Newark Mayor @rasjbaraka.
NYT: Judge Bars ICE From Making Immigration Arrests at Courts in New York
The Trump administration’s practice of detaining migrants at federal courthouses had stirred outrage
https://t.co/kN0uE5bm4S
Inaccurate: ICE never announced a detainment or disclosed where they were taking the person. Agents followed someone into an elevator seconds later without warning, then violently shoved journalists one was hospitalized. https://t.co/Ifi9GUqiIM
This incident is on video, and there were many witnesses: @Dean_Moses of @amNewYork did not interfere. He was not warned. And he did not trip.
ICE agents lie shamelessly all the time. But when they do it to a federal court, it’s called perjury. And it should be prosecuted. The crime is not what migrants or activists or journalists are doing. It's what ICE is doing.
My arrest was that same month — and I’m taking it to trial because we must use every tool we have to demand accountability.
Here’s what happened in El Paso per multiple people briefed
The Pentagon planned to use a high-energy, counter-drone laser without having properly coordinated with the FAA first about potential risks to civilian flights
The Pentagon has been testing this tech for a while now in more remote areas and FAA and Pentagon officials had been scheduled to meet February 20 to review potential impacts and mitigation measures for a test of the laser system
But for unclear reasons (perhaps there was a drone incursion, which happen multiple x per day) the Pentagon sought to deploy the system sooner around El Paso, prompting the FAA to impose the temporary flight restriction until proper coordination could occur. The 10-day restriction would have expired on February 21, one day after DoD and the FAA were set to meet.
The FAA did not tell the WH it was closing the airspace

A member of the National Park Service abandons trying to replace the Pride flag with the American Flag outside of the Stonewall in Wednesday morning after they see me taking photos. They also threaten to “bash my head” for snapping the moment.
Neither myself nor any other journalists I work with would “stalk” nor impede or obstruct any type of law enforcement activity.
Following and filming federal agents or any type of police from a safe distance is our journalistic and American duty under the First Amendment.

🚨"Press, press!" journalists screamed as federal agents aimed guns at them as they covered the WAR ZONE Trump's troops created at ICE hotel protests in Minneapolis. "Now's not the time!" agent snapped after shooting protester with "less lethal" munition at point blank range. ⬇️
