@Ford So what you would want to do is take the vin of any 2020 Explore and start a recall for producing a faulty and dangerous product. Transmission failure is a chronic problem with the explorer and not a one off thing. Y’all need to do a recall.

@Ford my wife has a 2020 explorer with 5k mikes on it. Transmission went out yesterdy. Hundreds of your customers are having the same issue with the explorers transmission. When can we expect y’all to do the right thing and issue a recall?
