Yep, right on schedule, locked again! I'm not bothering to unlock it again, how can I be responsible for someone unknown running a dictionary attack against my account. This needs to be fixed, there's nothing I can do.

@myGovau Over the last few days my account has been locked twice due to excess failed login attempts. Wasn't me, someone / some-bot is hitting my account, which will probably continue and I'll get locked again.
I suggest better server monitoring to detect these patterns and block them.

@myGovau Re "myGov helpdesk on 132 307". Have you ever tried to get through on this number? Many levels of voice menu, repeated 'helpful' suggestions then endless time on hold to end up not getting through. This is NOT a solution. How do I speak with a human?

@myGovau Hi. I'm aware of the issue, the point is there's absolutely nothing at all I can do about it. Someone is running a dictionary attack at my account. There will be a pattern to that activity. Your security provider should be able to recognize and filter for these attacks.
