A holiday weekend busy with MyRacehorse runners!
The action begins with Misstrial on Saturday, Pacific Classic Day at Del Mar. The daughter of Constitution makes her second career start for Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert. After a disappointing debut in which she missed the break, Misstrial has continued to train great and looks to be spotted very well here, where she’s slated as 2-1 on the morning line. We’re hoping for a much better performance and feel optimistic about her chances on Saturday in the fourth race. Catalyst races in the 10th at Remington Park for trainer Steve Asmussen later in the evening on Saturday. She’s had a few great recent breezes and has jockey Stewart Elliott slated to ride. She has been on the cusp of notching her second career victory and is the morning-line favorite.
Sunday we’re back at the Seaside Oval with two runners, Moonlit Courage races in the fifth at Del Mar for trainer Richard Mandella. She looks to break her maiden in career start number three and has Kazushi Kimura back in the saddle. Captain Sparrow will bring racing action to his Edge Racing owners in the 10th and comes off a big-figure win.
Although entries are not officially out yet, Madame Secretary is slated to run on Monday at Del Mar. Her most recent breeze was very nice and the Mandella barn feels the filly might be sitting on a big effort.
We hope you all have a safe and fun holiday weekend. Best of luck to all owners!
Gal explains perfectly how Spencer Pratt (@spencerpratt) is taking down Gavin Newsom over the missing $100 million dollars that was supposed to go to LA fire victims.
Instead $50 million went to an NGO that Newsom’s wife runs - and that money is MIA.
Earlier this afternoon our girl Seismic Beauty absolutely romped at Santa Anita for all of her #MyRacehorse owners, trainer Bob Baffert, partner Peter Leidel, and jockey Juan Hernandez.
Congrats again! ✨🎉
