Two Ukrainians have arrived today and been welcomed into our home - mother and her son, both lovely and very happy for the refuge. Been a day of Google translate and confused faces but everyone’s happy and we had a nice family dinner! 🇺🇦
@CloverNodes@Roy90818978 Hi Cal, at what point does you pure belief waver, I’m curious? If we get to May 2027 and the US network revenue is still <$100k a a month, and the token is still under 10c, do you complain? 2028? 2029? When does it all become bullshit? When would you admit the model failed?
And here’s the shift:
This level of privacy is typically a $10–$15/month add-on.
We include it from $15/month.
Not as a premium feature.
As a baseline.
22 months ago I made a decision that most people didn’t really understand at the time.
I purchased the very first Portal 180 from @WorldMobileTeam and deployed it in Reno, NV. Back then there wasn’t much noise, no hype cycles around it, just a belief that real infrastructure backed by real usage would eventually win.
The total cost of the node was $9,500.
Fast forward to today and that same node has generated $9,834 in revenue and is now officially fully paid off 🤯
Less than 2 years...
From this point forward everything it generates is pure profit.
That’s the part people are still sleeping on. This isn’t about chasing price or waiting for narratives it’s about owning a piece of the network and earning from real demand. This is what the sharing economy looks like when it’s done right.
People owning infrastructure and participating directly in the upside while others are still trying to trade their way forward.
We’re still early but moments like this make it very clear where things are heading 🚀
Thank you World Mobile 🫡
All excellent questions — the kind that actually matter.
I’ve been deep in the World Mobile ecosystem: I own Unity licenses and run nodes, so I’m still very much aligned with the network’s growth on the infrastructure side.
However, I sold all my $WMTX because the project currently lacks a clear, sustained direction that ties real company success and revenue directly to meaningful token value accrual and strong tokenomics.
The new equity raise for World Mobile Group only reinforces that feeling. It looks like the company is building a traditional equity layer for serious capital and upside, while the token is left in a somewhat undefined utility role.
What frustrates me most is how this announcement was handled: big fanfare and spectacular marketing, yet no full transparent AMA right afterwards to address exactly these concerns. This seems to be their pattern — heavy hype first, followed by less-than-stellar follow-through, implementation, and clarity for the community.
As someone who believed in the decentralized sharing economy vision, this split between equity investors and token holders makes me question where the real long-term value capture is headed. Right now it feels like the token is being deprioritized.
I’m watching the upcoming AMA closely. If they can finally lay out a concrete, credible plan that gives $WMTX a clear and sustainable role with actual value flow from the business — I’m open to coming back in.
Until then, I’m staying on the sidelines with the token and focusing on the parts of the ecosystem I still control (licenses + nodes).Would love to hear how others in the same boat are thinking. $WMTX
@RafikHacamo@MrTelecoms
@BernieSanders@KanjigarCrypto I thought you hated Jeff Bezos, isn’t he a useless billionaire? So surely these jobs are all worthless anyway? People would be better going elsewhere, no?

@MrTelecoms@DonJoe06374330 Hi Micky, can I ask why the USA revenue has stayed the same for 4 months? Assumed the SIM card launch would have made this go up significantly
