When I was a small boy, just old enough to sign my name in joined up writing, my dad taught me never to sign anything that did not make sense or that I did not understand.

That advice has always stood me in good stead; but it does not appear to be important in the @UN

If the @UN believes it is OK to lie to the Member States...... why should the Ambassadors of those Member States believe anything they're told when sitting on the important Budget Committee?

The lie, repeated over and over, is still a lie; but of course it wouldn't be a lie if it it was "supported by sufficient evidence"..... so in order to make the lie true we need to see some evidence of the "sufficient evidence" .....
