David Shoebridge slams Home Affairs, Labor for still not answering his Feb 10 question on what criteria Border Force used to ‘question like criminals’ Australians returning from the flotilla to Gaza after they had already been “monstered by the Israeli govt”
“Still no answer!”💥
@ElieJarrougeMD Wife got an obese friend with PCOS & acne to change her processed carb diet to real food. She refused at first to believe all cereals for breakfast are bad & she could still 'chose a healthy cereal'. Finally, she listened. 6wks she lost 1.5 stone acne gone & 1st period in 10 yrs.
1/10 Your opening, "for the non-clinician," suggests this is something only clinicians can understand.
It isn't.
This isn't about medical titles, it's about evidence, trial data and biology. Those are open to scrutiny by anyone willing to read the literature.

"The higher your Cholesterol, the longer you live...If you have low Cholesterol, be very afraid."
Dr. Jack Wolfson, MD Cardiologist
"The worry over total Cholesterol & heart attack risk is a fallacy from the 60s & 70s."
"Do not fear total Cholesterol, in fact for people older than 60, the higher the total Cholesterol, the longer they live."
The Research Is Clear. The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live.
LDL serves an important & vital purpose for vibrant health. LDL contains the antioxidants Vitamin E, CoQ10 & Carotenoids that kill off free radicals. This reduces inflammation & oxidative damage, which are the true causes of cardiovascular disease.
LDL is a transport carrier molecule, is preventive of disease & crucial for our immune system. It is the carrier for all fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K.
Healthy Cholesterol Is Needed For A Thriving Life:
Prevents dementia & cognitive decline.
Protects against all cause mortality.
Production of all steroid hormones.
Necessary for muscles & bone density.
Protective against stroke & heart disease.
Important for lungs & airways.
Building block of all cells & mitochondria.
Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K.
Critical for digestion & bile acids.
Immune system protection against infections.
Lowers risk of cancer & death.
Lowers depression & suicide.
Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety.
Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals.
A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.
This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiac health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 1.5
When fat cells become "full", the body begins storing excess fat in other tissues. This ectopic fat is primarily a problem not because of the amount of fat, but rather the type of fat.
When fat cells are overfilled, they not only release fats (as free fatty acids; FFA), but they also release inflammatory cytokines. Of course, this is all occurring in the midst of elevated insulin. This creates not only a metabolic paradox (high insulin and high FFA), but a metabolic pressure on the recipient tissues. Now, they're not only forced to store the FFA (the high insulin prevents fat burning), but some of these FFA are being converted into the sphingolipid ceramide.
And ceramides, more than any other signal, are what drive insulin resistance.
You are not too old to build muscle. The people who told you otherwise have never read the study that settles it.
In 1990, researchers took ten frail nursing-home residents with an average age of 90 and put them on heavy resistance training three times a week. Real load, taken close to what they could manage. No chair aerobics, no resistance bands the colour of a boiled sweet. Actual weight.
Eight weeks later, among the nine who finished, strength had climbed by an average of 174 percent. Their thigh muscle had grown. Their walking speed improved by nearly half. Two of them put their walking sticks away. One resident who could not stand from a chair without using their arms got up unaided.
Average age in the room: 90. Oldest: 96.
If you think ten people is a thin reed to lean on, the same researcher ran it again four years later as a proper randomised trial, a hundred nursing-home residents this time, and the strength gains held at 113 percent. The frail and the ancient kept building muscle every time anyone bothered to test it.
Now sit with what you have been told instead. Take it easy. Mind your back. You don't want to overdo it at your age. Stick to walking. A nice gentle swim. Don't lift anything heavier than the kettle.
Every one of those instructions was handed to people more capable than the nonagenarians in that study, and it made them weaker.
Muscle responds to load. It does not ask your age before it grows. The 70-year-old who picks up something heavy twice a week is building tissue the same way the 25-year-old is, just from a different starting line. Slower, smaller numbers, but the machinery still works, and it keeps working into your nineties whether anyone gave you permission or not.
Old age was never the thing that made you weak on its own. A lifetime of being told to sit down and protect a body that was begging to be used did far more of the damage.
Pick something up. Put it down. Do it again next week with a bit more. You have decades of evidence and a nursing home full of nonagenarians on your side.
For ten thousand years, sixty million bison rolled across North America in herds so vast that a single one could take three days to pass a fixed point.
They grazed. They trampled. They dunged. They belched methane across an entire continent, every hour of every day, for a hundred straight centuries.
Nobody regulated them. Nobody taxed them. Nobody stood on a stage in a linen blazer explaining that the prairie had a herbivore problem.
And the prairie did not burn down or boil over. It became one of the richest grasslands on earth, sitting on some of the deepest topsoil anywhere, built layer by patient layer by the very animals we are now told are wrecking the climate.
Then researchers did something genuinely useful. They measured it.
The historic bison herd: roughly 2.2 million tonnes of methane a year.
Today's cattle, grazing that same range: roughly 2.5 million tonnes.
A difference so small it barely clears the margin of error.
The herbivore was never the threat. The grassland was built by the herbivore, fed by the herbivore, and kept alive by the herbivore for longer than our species has grown a single field of wheat.
We took the wild herd away and put a domestic one in its place, on the same ground, doing the same ancient work.
The wild one got a national park and a face on a coin.
The domestic one got a documentary.
Same animal, same grass, same gas. The only thing that actually changed was the press coverage.
Zionists claim that criticizing Israel or opposing Zionism is antisemitic
Meanwhile, tens of thousands of Orthodox Jews gather in New York to declare that Zionism violates the Jewish faith and does not represent Judaism.
What the Vikings ran on:
- Fatty fish, herring, salmon, cod dried hard as oak
- Beef, mutton, goat, pork, and horse
- Butter and dairy in quantities that would put a modern dietitian on the floor. The legal sea ration was close to 300g of butter per man, every single day.
- Cheese, curds, skyr, soured milk by the pail
- Whale and seal off the northern coasts
What never once passed their lips:
- Seed oil
- Refined sugar
- Protein powder
- An energy gel
- Anything built in a factory
What they did on it:
- Crossed the Atlantic five centuries before Columbus
- Raided and ruled from Dublin to Constantinople
- Pulled oars across the open North Sea for days at a stretch
- Stood taller and stronger than most of the men they came up against, with the heavy-boned, deep-muscled skeletons still proving it a thousand years on
What the modern athlete runs on:
- Pasta the night before and a sachet of sugar at mile twenty, with a paramedic on standby
They built their bodies on butter, fish and red meat, and used them to take half the known world. We engineer ours in a lab and tap out at the finish line.
🚨 This Israeli Rabbi just admitted something insane:
“For Israel to have nuclear weapons, we had to sell stolen black babies to families in the US, where they did medical experiments on them. Now Israel has enough nuclear power to wipe out the entire world in a minute.”
This is the Yemenite Children Affair (1950s) : Thousands of babies from poor Yemeni Jewish families “disappeared” right after birth in Israeli transit camps and hospitals.
Parents were told their newborns had “suddenly died.”
Many were reportedly kidnapped and either:
1. Sold for adoption to childless Ashkenazi families (in Israel and abroad), or
2. Used in medical experiments.
Over 1,000 cases are officially documented.
Some estimates go up to 4,500.
In 2016, Netanyahu publicly acknowledged the state took “hundreds” of children without consent.
The video below is the Rabbi himself bragging about it.
This is one of the darkest and least-talked-about chapters of early Israeli history.
How is this not discussed everywhere?
