Successfully deployed an 3 node AKS cluster, only to realise that `kubectl get nodes` returned “no resources found”. Can you help, such others don’t have to experience a succeed cluster with no nodes :)

The 2 others worked just fine :)
Solved by upgrading the nodes (which spawns new nodes).
