In November 2023, we asked Coldplay fans to add their voices to a new song, ONE WORLD, by uploading themselves singing Ahhhhh for a few seconds.
Within a week, we had received 137,204 unique recordings, from 207 different countries / territories.
This cornucopia of voices was then brought together by the wizardry of Peter Chilvers to form a very special vocal arrangement on ONE WORLD, which you can hear at the end of our new album Moon Music.
Everyone who wished to be credited is included in the list at https://t.co/Bx2dnClCBI
137,204 thankyous to all of you who turned this dream into a stereophonic reality.

@AlohaBry @TimBowness I think it was an iced over footpath, tinted blue, taking more than a little inspiration from Carl Glover’s design for “Surfacing”.
‘Ships’ premieres tomorrow in Teatro la Fenice as the centrepiece of the 2023 Venice Biennale Musica. It will feature Brian Eno, Baltic Sea Philharmonic with its conductor Kristjan Järvi, and is a new work commissioned by La Biennale di Venezia.
Hard to believe that Bloom is 15 years old today. I think it’s one of the few apps from the early days of the App Store that’s still available. Happy birthday, Bloom!
