It's a fantastic tool for checking documents and studying a topic. Reading source material is also beneficial, but as part of a learning process it's great.

Being stuck inside all day with the curtains closed smelling of farts on your PlayStation is OK in your 20s. In your 40s, I think it's time for a change. Especially if you have any children. I suspect not.
