have been through this in the past as well, a kind of harassment and then resolution, I have uploaded the screen shot below, Raised a simple complaint for light not working and its external digital temperature windows, its been around 3-4 visit since raised @onsitego

@VijaySales @onsitego @consumerforum_ @kunalmahipal Though this was hell off a ride, after all the visit from the technician, device couldn’t get repaired, but during this period Abhishek Singh from the Onsitego escalation team did his best to help us out with all he could do to get the resolution and also provided daily update.

@onsitego Was assured by the escalation team that atleast a backup device will be provided as no resolution is provided towards the refrigerator ,still no backup device has been received

Its was just the above issue not now after the visit the refrigerator has stopped working and was promised a resolution as of 17th July but request has been closed without visit and resolution @onsitego

@onsitego hi people please make sure to don’t get into the trap while purchasing a product from @VijaySales to get an additional warranty for onsitego as the service is really pathetic i have been following up for my refrigerator which isn’t working for the past 4 days now been
