Superb from Clare. Everyone did their bit but the three Clonlara men were immense. Conlon was like a wall, Galvin electric when he came on and Stritch's 70 minutes will go down as one of the all time great Munster championship full debuts.
That first half was the real Clare. All of them really putting themselves on the line. Conlon, Stritch, Kelly and Malone superb so far. Hate to see players sent off unless it's a clear red but surely to God that was a red for Willie Connors on Mark Rodgers?
@MickeyJ50395366 Personally I'd prefer more extra-time or next score wins if it's still level. But the penalties are a test of skill and nerve in themselves too
Epic U-20 Munster hurling final. Great stuff from both Clare and Tipp. How was that a free against Matthew O'Halloran though? Not a hope was that a free
@Lebosh05 The penalty was on the soft side definitely. I suppose over 80 minutes a ref is never going to get everything right. Some game and a credit to both teams
Whatever happens with the penalties both Clare and Tipp were immense. Robert Loftus and Ronan Kilroy inspirational for Clare. What a hook that was from Matthew O'Halloran to stop a certain goal

The thoughts of all in Clare GAA are with the parents, siblings and extended family & friends of our late colleague, Jack Boddy, this dark St Patrick’s evening.
Jack was a much loved friend of many in West Clare, of our senior football management & squad of 2025, & particularly of our 2026 squad of U20 footballers, to whom he was S&C coach, helping guide them to an opening round win on Saturday afternoon last.
Thanks to all the GAA community who joined in the search for Jack over the past few days.
As a mark of respect to Jack & his family, next Saturdays U20 match will now be postponed to a later date.
