@stevegilbertobe @kateking_mh @WesselyS @DrLadeSmith I agree with Steven's aspirations. However, the conservatives had announced most of the significant changes would not be pursued. What also is required at the same time to make a real difference is properly funded community services and a MCA that is fit for purpose re MHA choice

File on 4 about dol Orders for children right now. Interesting but no sense of the rights aspect all about the dol order being the source of the restrictions rather than oversight and approval of care plans.
